Sameer is a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group focusing on the execution of M&A, Debt, and Equity transactions. His completed transactions have an aggregate value of over $5 billion. Prior to joining Wedbush PacGrow, Sameer was a member of the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley and a member of the Healthcare Group at Citi. Sameer holds a BS in Engineering from University of California, San Diego and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
